These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (‘you’), and Stellar Inc Limited, concerning your access to and use of the Services provided on this Site (www.stellayann.com).
You agree that by accessing and purchasing any of the Services, you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all of these legal terms. If you do not agree with all of these legal terms, then you are advised to refrain from using the services and discontinue your stay on the website.
We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to the Terms of Service from time to time. 1.SITE OWNERSHIP & USAGE
Stellar Inc Limited, Stella Yann and www.stellayann.com reserve the complete ownership of this website and its content, including but not limited to written content, text, images, audio and video files, artworks and mockups, digital files, ebooks, blogs, photographs and any further content for creative, informative and marketing purposes.
Reproduction and usage of the content, without prior written consent of Stellar Inc Limited and Stella Yann, in any form or manner is prohibited and may result in strict legal action.
2. SERVICES & PURCHASING
Stellar Inc Limited offers services on three levels:
Creative strategy for businesses (including but not limited to brand storytelling, brand positioning, content strategy, social media strategy and website copywriting)
Creative coaching for individuals (including but not limited to 1-to-1 coaching sessions and offering services to help with one’s career development such as personalised CV, motivational letter and social media support)
Spiritual guidance for individuals (including but not limited to 1-to-1 calls designed to discuss one’s personal and professional development using astrology, numerology and tools like tarot and oracle cards)
All services on www.stellayann.com are designed to help businesses and individuals live more creatively by discovering their authentic voice and sharing their authentic story.

IMMEDIATE PURCHASE
All digital services are available for immediate purchase, but we strongly advise businesses and individuals to reach out by email or by phone beforehand to ensure that expectations around the competition of the selected service(s) are met accordingly.
CHECKOUT FORM
Before you complete the purchase of a service, you will fill in a form where you are encouraged to state your date and time of preference for the competition of a service, whether you have booked a call or a type of content package. If you skip that step, you will be asked to select a date in the follow up communication via phone or email after your purchase.
FOLLOW UP COMMUNICATION
After you purchase a service, Stella Yann, Founder & Director of Stellar Inc Limited, will contact you via email or via phone to finalise the date and time for the service you have purchased.
Further communication might be established while you are working on a service, whether that’s a call or a content package, until its final completion.
3. SERVICES & PRICING
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any services at any time for any reason. Prices for all products and services are subject to change. This includes any present and future discounts on existing and upcoming services.
4. SERVICES & PAYMENTS
We accept the following forms of payment:

All payments are going through and getting securely processed through Stripe, a global trustworthy payment processing platform.
By purchasing services on www.stellayann.com, you agree to provide accurate and complete personal details for your upcoming service(s), whether you have chosen to purchase a call or a type of content package.
All payments are made in the currency of Pounds.
If you are purchasing a service from a different country to the United Kingdom, please check with your bank for any additional fees that might be applied after the transaction due to the current currency exchange rates.
5. SERVICES & INVOICES
We can provide you with an invoice for any service that you choose to purchase that has been published on www.stellayann.com or agreed upon with Stella Yann.
6. SERVICES & USER DATA
After you complete the purchase of a service, we will collect the data you have added in the checkout form as supporting information to best assist you during the execution of the purchased service(s).
All payment information is stored for legal purposes only with the intent of keeping a digital receipt of every transaction. The personal data that you provide during the checkout will not be shared with third party providers or used for marketing purposes without your consent.
You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption for any such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.
7. SERVICES & REFUND POLICY
If you wish to cancel a purchase and issue a refund, in the case where the due date of a service hasn't been finalised or the work for a service hasn’t started yet, you have 14 days from the initial booking date to get in touch with Stellar Inc Limited, Stella Yann and www.stellayann.com to request the refund.
Once a service has been purchased, it is your responsibility to reply to any follow up communication via email or via phone from Stella Yann, Founder & Director of Stellar Inc Limited, to set up a date and agree on the terms of the completion of the service whereby both parties are happy with the agreement.
After 14 days, we (Stellar Inc Limited) will assume that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
8. COURSES & PURCHASING
Stellar Inc Limited offers a course (Self-Love Journey) that’s fully created and owned by Stella Yann and hosted on Squarespace.
You can purchase the course as a stand-alone course or as a course with coaching.
In order to have access to course, you will need to create an account, which will give you access to the full content of the 3-week course and you will be able to retain your access to the course as long as you remain a member to www.stellayann.com
9. COURSES & PRICING
All courses are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any courses at any time for any reason. Prices for all courses and additional services in conjunction with the courses are subject to change. This includes any present and future discounts on existing and upcoming courses.
10. COURSES & USER DATA
After you complete the register on the website, you will gain access to the course of your choice. You will be able to choose your marketing preferences and subscribe or unsubscribe from marketing emails at any point of your membership journey.
Stella Yann might reach out to you as part of your learning journey to check in on your progress.
Your details will never be passed onto third-party apps, software or partners.
If the course structure changes after you have already signed up, you will be notified of any changes that affect your membership.
11. PRODUCTS & PURCHASING
Stellar Inc Limited offers physical products that you can purchase as part of a campaign that aims to raise funds to support people in need around the world.
The following 3 items are entirely produced and shipped from Printful, a platform that operates as a partner to Squarespace.
While Stellar Inc Limited reserves the right to any creative artwork that will be used for the branding of the products, once you have placed your order – the manufacturing journey of the products is in the hands of Printful.
We have chosen to work with Printful as a well-established drop-shipping company that offers services and deliveries to most parts of the world at affordable costs.
NO INVENTORY STOCK
All products are available to purchase at your preferred size and colour (where there is an option to select colour) due to the unique structure of Printful. They are an on-demand printing company, which means their manufacturing process allows them to always be stocked and only ever print a branded product when there’s an order.
FROM PURCHASE TO DELIVERY
All products that are available to purchase at www.stellayann.com are already integrated with the Printful website in the background and once you submit your payment on this website, your order will automatically go through Printful and they will begin to work on your order.
You will receive updates from www.stellayann.com once your order has been processed and it’s ready to be shipped over to you. Depending on where you’re based in the world, you will then be contacted by a local delivery company that is assigned to deliver your order to your address or to a safe space where you’ll be able to pick up your order.
REFUNDS
At this point Stellar Inc Limited is unable to provide a refund for any purchases that do not meet your requirements or expectations. If there’s an error during the production process of the product you have purchased from www.stellayann.com and Printful are at fault for the confusion, they will cover the expenses necessary for the return and delivery of the correct item.

12. PRODUCTS & USER DATA
After you complete the purchase of a product, we will collect the data you have added in the checkout form as supporting information to best assist you during the execution of the purchased product(s).
Your financial data will not be shared with Printful, which will be working on the production and shipping of your purchased items. They will, however, need access to your shipping details, including your address and phone number to be able to guarantee the successful delivery of your products.
